Ever since Ivana Kingston serendipitously appeared in a popular children’s television series in Belgrade, Serbia, she has been committed to acting.

Moving to Canada as a child, she continued to develop her craft, spending much of her youth on-stage participating school and community productions.

After graduating from Bishops University with an Honours in Drama, Ivana Kingston moved to Toronto where she continues to work on stage, television and film.

On stage Ivana has worked in a variety of productions including Les Belles Soeurs (Pirerrette), Twelfth Night (Viola) and Hamburger in a Pita (Sharon). She can be seen on the small screen in a number of series including Transporter: The Series, XIII: The Series and Team Epic.

Some of Ivana's film credits include festival hits Double Crossed, Somnolence and Dead Anyway.

She is also extremely excited to be a part of Gavin Booth’s The Scarehouse which is now available for purchase via iTunes.

With a cast of eight, some performances were more natural than others, but all of the performers were earnest and committed to their parts. The two stand-outs for me were Ivana Stojanovic as the Israeli mother “Sharon” and Ron Boyd as secular father “Paul.”

The acting from the entirely female cast (other than two really REALLY drunk dudes) is completely and utterly refreshing in a genre too often cornered by it’s own cliches...we’re treated to what can only be described as the Best. Pillow Fight. Ever.
